Subscribe to Product Alerts

ScitiX offers a range of alert messages that users can subscribe to for timely notifications about the latest status of assets. You can subscribe as needed. Currently, the supported products for alert subscriptions:

• CES
• CSS
• CKS

Steps:

1. Go to the Monitoring product page.
2. Click on Alert -> Subscription to open the subscription page.
3. Choose from the Product list on the page to switch between alert events available for subscription for that product.
4. Click the gray box next to each alert event to subscribe; click again to unsubscribe.
