Project group management is used to maintain project organization configurations within a tenant. After creating a project group, you can select or reference it in business modules that support project groups. Your account needs permission to manage project groups to perform the following operations.

Create a project group

  1. Go to Permission Management > Project Group Management.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Enter the project group information.
  4. Click Create.
After creation, you can search by project group name to confirm that the project group has been created.

Manage project groups

In Permission Management > Project Group Management, you can search for a target project group by name and update or delete it in the Actions column.
  • Update: Modify the project group name or description. The update operation is unavailable for the default project group. If the project group is referenced by other resources, tasks, or configurations, confirm before updating that the changes will not affect team identification or subsequent maintenance.
  • Delete: Delete non-default project groups that are no longer in use. Before deletion, confirm that the project group is no longer referenced by resources, tasks, or other configurations.
If the list contains project groups created through migration from historical resource pools, their descriptions may retain the migration source. Before processing such project groups, we recommend confirming whether the related resource pools or historical configurations are still in use.
