Bills

In the Bills section, users can view the following information based on the selected month: Total Amount= Voucher Paid Amount + Cash Paid Amount.

Term	Description
Purchase User	The user who made the purchase.
Billing Month	The specific month during which the charges were billed.
Region	The name of the region to which the resources are allocated, such as “us-west.”
Catalogue Gross Amount	The total listed price of products from the catalogue before any discounts.
Discount Deduction	The amount reduced from the catalogue gross amount due to discounts.
Pay Amount	The final amount to be paid after all discounts have been applied.
Voucher Deduction	The amount covered by vouchers.
Cash Paid Amount	The amount paid in cash.

You can review billing details either by user or by product type.
