# CPU Instance Benchmarking Reference

> Learn about the scope, interpretation guidelines, and reference data for CPU Instance benchmark results.

This document provides benchmark results for CPU Instances, helping you gain an initial understanding of CPU Instance performance on bare metal and virtual machines.

Benchmark results are for reference only. Actual performance may be affected by the instance specification, image version, system configuration, testing tools, test parameters, and workload.

* Benchmark results are intended for comparison and selection reference only and do not constitute a business performance commitment.
* If your workloads have specific requirements for performance stability, throughput, or latency, we recommend validating them against actual workload conditions.
* When comparing different CPU instance specifications, in addition to benchmark results, also consider the number of CPU cores, memory, disk, and network capabilities.

## Dry-run Object

The following CPU Instance benchmark results are currently available. This document provides only example specifications used for benchmarking and does not include a complete instance specification table.
