# Usage Process

* Account Management and Recharge: You need to first communicate with ScitiX technical staff to create a tenant and manage sub-users within your organization. Additionally, you will need to communicate with ScitiX business staff offline to recharge your account in order to purchase resources.
* Product Selection and Ordering: Based on your business needs, select different GPU products (CSS, CES) and purchase instance resources on the corresponding product page. You can decide whether to purchase pay-as-you-go or subscription-based products.
* Product Usage and Maintenance: Refer to the user documentation to start your high-performance computing business environment. If you encounter any issues or have questions during use, you can contact us through the technical support channel.
