# View CKS cluster status and configuration

> Check whether the CKS cluster is available, verify its configuration or connection information as needed, and open the cluster workspace.

After creating a cluster, first verify that it is available. Go to the cluster details page only when you need to review the creation configuration or obtain connection information.

## Confirm Cluster Status

1. Log in to the [GPU Cloud console](https://console.scitix.ai/gpu-cloud/home) and go to the **Clusters** page.

2. Select a region and switch to the **Deployed Clusters** tab.

3. Locate the target cluster and verify that its status is Running.

When the cluster status is Running, you can access the cluster workspace. If the cluster is not yet available, wait for creation to complete. If the status remains abnormal for an extended period, record the cluster name and status and contact technical support.

To view resource usage for a cluster or node, click **Monitor**. For complete metric descriptions, see [View Cluster Overview Monitoring](https://docs.scitix.ai/gpu-cloud/monitoring/view-cluster-overview-monitoring.md).

## View Cluster Configuration and Connection Information

In the target cluster’s **Actions** column, click **Details**, and then select a tab based on your objective:

* **Base Info**: Verify that the Kubernetes version and the basic settings selected during creation meet your expectations.
* **Connect Info**: Obtain the KubeConfig required to access the cluster through kubectl. For details, see [Access a CKS Cluster Using KubeConfig](https://docs.scitix.ai/gpu-cloud/cluster/access-cluster-with-kubeconfig.md).

## Go to the Cluster Workbench

In the **Deployed Clusters** list, click the cluster name to open the cluster workspace. You can then prepare nodes, components, namespaces, configurations, and storage as needed before deploying workloads.

## View cluster observability information

After entering the cluster workspace, you can find access points for monitoring, logs, and alerts for the current cluster in the **OBSERVABILITY** section.

| Entry Point | Applicable Scenario |
| - | - |
| **Monitor** page | View resource metrics for the current cluster, including CPU, GPU, GPU memory, and memory. For complete instructions, see [View Cluster Overview Monitoring](https://docs.scitix.ai/gpu-cloud/monitoring/view-cluster-overview-monitoring.md). |
| **Logs** page | Query logs based on the current cluster and troubleshoot issues by filtering by log type, time range, keywords, or fields. For complete instructions, see [Query and Analyze Logs](https://docs.scitix.ai/gpu-cloud/log/query-logs.md). |
| **Alerts** page | View or configure alarm rules, alarm history, and Notifier. Alarm capabilities are centrally maintained by the alarm module. For more information, see [Alarm Overview](https://docs.scitix.ai/gpu-cloud/alarm/alarm-overview.md). |
