# Bills

In the Bills section, users can view the following information based on the selected month:

**Total Amount= Voucher Paid Amount + Cash Paid Amount.**

| **Term**                   | **Description**                                                                 |
| -------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Purchase User**          | The user who made the purchase.                                                 |
| **Billing Month**          | The specific month during which the charges were billed.                        |
| **Region**                 | The name of the region to which the resources are allocated, such as "us-west." |
| **Catalogue Gross Amount** | The total listed price of products from the catalogue before any discounts.     |
| **Discount Deduction**     | The amount reduced from the catalogue gross amount due to discounts.            |
| **Pay Amount**             | The final amount to be paid after all discounts have been applied.              |
| **Voucher Deduction**      | The amount covered by vouchers.                                                 |
| **Cash Paid Amount**       | The amount paid in cash.                                                        |

You can review billing details either by user or by product type.
